A very delicious meze (starter) originated from Antep, an eastern-south city of Turkey.
Ezme is one of the most popular of all Turkish mezzas, and is found at almost all Turkish meals. It is a spicy and fresh accompaniment. Actually, it is to be eaten very spicy, can be modified on your taste – just cut down on the chillies or the red pepper flakes!
